Take a drink, and hold your cup up high above your head until your turn comes again.
Lick the back of the card and stick it to your forehead. For as long as the card is stuck there, you are an all-powerful cosmic genie. If someone knocks the card off, they must finish their own drink.
You must fetch drinks for the rest of the players until the next Beer Bitch card is drawn.
Put an empty box on your head until another player draws a Box Head card, or until another rule cancels it.
You must do everything with your hands clenched in fists – even drinking and picking up cards. This card is in play until another Boxing Gloves card is drawn.
Pick a buddy. When one drinks, so does their buddy until the next buddy system card is drawn
Selects a category (for example, “brands of beer”). All players go around the circle naming items that are from that category. The first player to fail to name an item must drink.
Picks two players to swap one article of clothing.
Place an empty cup in the center of the circle. Any time this card (traditionally the King) is drawn, the drawer pours some of their own drink into the center cup. When the fourth card is drawn, that player must chug the contents of the center cup.
Fill in the blank with a house rule.
If the group votes that a player is acting stupidly, this player has to finish their drink.
Drink ‘Til Ya Die
Finish your drink.
The last person to touch the floor after this card is drawn must drink.
Starting with the drawer of this card, go around the circle alternating saying “Fuzzy Duck” and “Ducky Fuzz”. If someone says “Duzzy Fuck”, they must drink and the round ends.
When this card is pulled, all players must touch three limbs to the same surface (wall or floor). The last person to do so has to drink.
Make one other player take two drinks, or two other players take one drink each.
Heads or Tails
Flip a coin. If it’s Heads, take a drink. If it’s Tails, give someone else a drink.
Going around the circle, each player must ask the drawer of the card a question. If the drawer refuses to answer, they must drink.
Fill in the blank with a rule of your very own.
Jack of all trades
When this card is drawn (traditionally the Jack), the players on either side of you must agree on a task/dare for you to complete.
If you identify as a female, take a drink.
Little Green Man
You must remove an imaginary little man from your cup every time you drink, and put him back after. If another player catches you failing to do so, you must drink again.
If you identify as a male, take a drink.
As soon as this card is drawn, all players must immediately place their thumbs to their forehead with fingers spread, resembling antlers. The last player to do this must drink.
Never Have I Ever
All players raise three fingers. Starting with the player who drew the card, go around the circle confessing something that you have never done. Eg. “Never have I ever … rode a bike.” If a player HAS done something that’s been said, they must lower one finger.
When at least one player has all three fingers down, the round ends, and all players must drink as many times as fingers they have lowered.
You are now the “Question Master”. Any time you ask another player a question, if that player answers it, they must drink.
Choose a word. Starting to the left, all players go around the circle saying words that rhyme with the original. No word can be said twice. The first player to fail to say a word or who says a word that doesn’t rhyme must take a drink.
Create a new rule. Rules can be anything. If a player fails to follow the rule, they must drink. This rule remains in effect until another Rule Card is drawn.
Note – a rule can be trumped by a wielder of an Asshole/God card.
Go around the circle counting upwards. Any time you reach a multiple of 7 or a number with 7 in it, say “Fuck you” and change directions. The first player to mess up takes a drink and the round ends.
All players must switch places.
The holder of this card has “snake-eyes”, meaning that any time they make eye contact with another player, that player must drink.
Pick someone to spell a word of your choice. If they are unable to spell the word correctly, they must drink.
Stand on one foot until your next turn, or take one drink.
Starting with the player who drew this card, create a story one word at a time. For example, the first player might say “Once”, the second player would continue “Once upon” and so on. The first player to miss a word or repeat the story incorrectly must drink and the round ends.
Take off your clothes.
Suck and Blow
Take this card and suck it to your lips. Without using your hands, turn and pass the card to the player on your left and blow it on to their lips. Continue to pass the card around the circle until someone fails. The player who fails to pass it on has to drink.
Take two drinks. Obviously.
You are now the “Thumb Master”. Any time you place your thumb on the table, every other player must immediately place their thumb on the table as well. The last person to do so must take a drink. This can be done repeatedly until another thumb card is drawn.
This card can be held and redeemed at any time in order to go to the bathroom.
Choose a player on either your left or right and draw a tattoo on their lower back.
The person who draws this card has to continue play from the floor, under the table (like a troll under a bridge), until the next Troll card is pulled.
Replace one word in a movie title with the word Vagina. Example – Harry Potter and the Philosophers Vagina. The first person who cannot name one drinks, and the turn ends.
Begin drinking. The player clockwise to you must begin drinking immediately after you, and then the next player around the circle until all players are drinking. Once it comes back to you, stop drinking. Then the player clockwise to you may stop drinking, and so on until the end of the circle.
